We wish we could say that we've been around forever, but that simply isn't true. The fact is we're a relatively young company. But that doesn't mean we don't know our business.  As a matter of fact, our team has over 100 years of collective lending experience under our belts.  Our two principals alone have spent 20 years each in the banking business.

We're very proud of the fact that we're new because it means we do things differently than our competition. We think differently. We act differently.  We put our customer's needs first instead of the "traditional way to do business."

Currently, Kentwood Mortgage employs a staff of 11 brokers and administrative staff. Our clients come from all over Ohio -- Dayton, Cincinnati, Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland -- and from some parts of Indiana.
